Below we list our team's design suggestions to the identified areas of usability issues as well some additional recommendations that could help to elevate the user experience.
Users find it difficult to revisit a job they found on the map. While navigating users may often browse jobs without reading full descriptions, wanting to revisit them later
a search bar, to search by job keywords among unlocked jobs
quick view of a job, bookmarking it and also add notes to review later
Users found it difficult to find 'informations' section in the app and then close the modal. Also, the icons on the top part are covering the device time, battery, etc which violates the iOS guideline
Hamburger menu on top-right of main screen to put the cluttered icons under this menu
Move informations section 'i' to this menu for easy access by users
Users found the form to fill details about their CV(ex: formations) difficult. They could not see the form field names once they start typing. so they got confused what to enter in which field in the form.
Using a standard tradition form with visible field names.
The form text areas will have proper text wrapping
Users found it difficult to view or find all items in their CV as some items get hidden on the right hand side. Users took time to realise their is a horizontal scroll
Have a multi-level accordion design to always show all the CV categories, and easy access.
The download and upload CV icons are confusing to the users and not intuitive
Use standard download/upload icons
Single time range picker (start & end) saves space & clicks compared to separate from/to scales.
